2K Sports announced this morning that it has signed several Major League Baseball all-stars to promote the upcoming release of Major League Baseball 2K10. Cover athlete Evan Longoria will be joined by seven of the top players in Major League Baseball. Players signing on to promote the game include Andrew Bailey, relie…f pitcher of the Oakland Athletics; Felix Hernandez, starting pitcher of the Seattle Mariners; Jose Reyes, shortstop of the New York Mets; Justin Morneau, first baseman of the Minnesota Twins; Justin Verlander, starting pitcher of the Detroit Tigers; Kendry Morales, first baseman of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim; and Nelson Cruz, outfielder for the Texas Rangers. Along with promoting the game, these All-Stars will consult with the development team at 2K Sports Visual Concepts studio to provide their expertise and recommendations for how to maximize the realism of Major League Baseball 2K10.
